Payment Processing
Payments are securely handled by Razorpay. We do not store your full card or UPI credential details on our servers. Razorpay may process and store payment data in accordance with its own privacy policy and regulatory obligations.

We use GA4 to understand aggregate usage patterns and optimize user experience. Analytics tools may use cookies or similar technologies to measure interactions. You may control cookie behavior through your browser settings.

Although KundliMilan is based in India, Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) applies to us when we advertise to, collect data from, or accept payment from Canadian residents. This section describes how we meet that standard specifically.
Your date of birth, time of birth, and place of birth are collected for one purpose only: computing your astrology report. PIPEDA treats birth date as sensitive personal information, and we treat it that way — it is never sold, never shared with any third party for marketing or profiling, and is used exclusively to generate the specific report you paid for. Your email address is collected to send your receipt and deliver your report. Your phone number is collected to confirm delivery and, if you pay through a mobile browser inside an app like Facebook or Instagram, to process your payment through our checkout provider — not to add you to any messaging list.
We do not send promotional or marketing messages to Canadian phone numbers without your separate, explicit consent (as required by Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation, CASL). The only message you will receive related to your purchase is your report, delivered by email. If we ever introduce optional WhatsApp or SMS updates for Canadian customers, we will ask for your consent before sending the first one, separately from your purchase.
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, at any time, by emailing reports@kundlimilan.co.in. We will respond within 30 days, consistent with PIPEDA's access-request timeline.
